The position of Community Operations Manager at TripleTen combines organizational responsibilities with strategic and analytical tasks. Please note, that this position includes student-facing responsibilities initially as we patiently build this stream from scratch. You will directly manage one Community Coordinator who will help you with day-to-day operations of community and event management.
You will work within the TripleTen’s Learning Community team working with US students. You’ll be responsible for running the community that not only supports students' educational goals but also cultivates a lively, supportive atmosphere that keeps them inspired and committed to their learning journey. You will foster a sense of community with a strong shared identity, prompt students to be its active members, and inspire them to be excited about the choice they’ve made when they decided to start our programs.
We expect that you are passionate about this mission, while also being results-oriented and focused on grounding your passion in data and feedback from students.

What you will do
1.Managing the student community content plans and event calendars for all program workspaces:
- ensuring cohesion and structure of the overall content plan and event calendar, their alignment with the community development strategy, TripleTen’s overall tone of voice and brand identity
- developing posts and events from idea to execution (including hosting events if necessary), improving existing activities based on student and team feedback, generating and testing ideas to increase event attendance and engagement, carrying out planned improvements and experiments under the overall community development strategy
- managing submissions and pitches from other stakeholders, finding and liaising with external authors and speakers (either among teammates or students), communicating clear expectations about their involvement (deadlines, steps that need to be completed by them before, after and during the events) and guiding them through execution process
2.Developing asynchronous activities in student workspaces, including peer-to-peer activities ** examples: managing senior students stream, organising random coffee between students, organising competitions and quizzes, etc* :
- managing day-to-day operations for smooth execution of new and existing activities, communicating clear expectations to participants (students and teammates), resolving problems, optimising and automating processes if necessary
- generating and testing ideas for new activities, carrying out planned improvements and experiments under the overall community development strategy
3.Maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment within student workspaces:
- monitoring students’ posts, reporting potential churn to learning/career coaches, resolving conflicts if necessary, dealing with community rules violations if necessary
- responding to student questions in community channels and DMs, encouraging their participation in event and activities (including bottom-up initiatives), responses to the published posts
4.Overseeing the system of internal documentation and reporting on community development:
- tracking and reporting engagement metrics and qualitative feedback for all activities you manage, liaising with the analytics team to develop necessary data tracking and dashboard functionality
- designing and maintaining internal documentation for all community activities (editorial and event calendars, recording libraries, activity descriptions, feedback and data archives), ensuring their transparency and easy navigation for other teams
