Automotive Repair Center Porter for Springdale Automotive Shops - Louisville KY
Earn $15–$18.50/hr

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Springdale Automotive—part of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care family—is looking for a dependable, energetic Porter who wants to be part of a positive, high-performing team. If you enjoy working with vehicles, keeping things organized, and supporting shop operations, this is a great entry point into a long-term automotive career.
What You’ll Do
- Perform light cleaning (“mini-clean”) on serviced vehicles
- Move vehicles in/out of bays and around the lot
- Keep the shop, restrooms, and customer areas clean & organized
- Maintain outdoor areas—free of debris, trash, leaves, etc.
- Shuttle customers & pick up parts using a company vehicle
- Assist technicians as directed, including basic services or minor tasks
- Uphold safety & environmental standards
- Support overall shop operations—no job too small
What You Bring
- Ability to travel to all 4 shop locations on any given day
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & insurable driving record
- Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles
- Basic automotive knowledge + willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods & work indoors/outdoors
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Interest in growing into a technician role (training provided!)
