We're forming a new, dedicated, cross-functional team to take full ownership of the Betslip across Web (Desktop & Mobile), iOS, and Android, transforming it into a market-leading asset. What You'll Be Doing:

• Take a leading role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-centric Betslip experiences for our Web platforms (Desktop & Mobile Web).
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineers (iOS, Android, Backend) to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, effective frontend solutions.
• Champion best practices in modern web development (TypeScript, React/Vue, Microfrontends), ensuring our codebase is scalable, maintainable, and testable.
• Dive deep into understanding user behavior and Betslip performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from ideation and technical design through to release and ongoing optimization, always with a focus on quality and user impact. Actively participate in a collaborative, agile team environment, sharing knowledge, contributing to code reviews, and helping to shape our team culture.

What We're Looking For (You!):

• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex, user-facing web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your frontend expertise.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
• Extensive practical experience with React or Vue.js (experience with frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js is a plus).
• Solid understanding of modular software architecture, ideally with exposure to microfrontends or similar component-based architectures.
• A proven ability to write clean, well-structured, performant, and thoroughly tested code.
• You are deeply passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into impactful product solutions; you're driven by data and positive outcomes.
• You take full ownership of your work, embracing a "High Bar" mentality for quality and reliability from concept to production.
• You have a growth mindset, are eager to learn, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• You excel at simplifying complex problems into clear, elegant solutions and communicate your technical ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills, a team-first mindset, and a proactive approach to communication.
• Ability to think strategically and see beyond just the code, considering the broader product and user experience.
• Comfortable working remotely within Spain.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the betting/gaming industry or with high-transactional web applications. 
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia).
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools.
