Health, Safety and Environment Engineer - Senior On Site

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a safety-focused professional with a strong understanding of industrial risk management and a passion for protecting people and processes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating new machinery through comprehensive risk assessments, including factory acceptance testing and commissioning. While certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CSME (Certified Safety Management Expert) are preferred, they’re not required—we value hands-on experience and a proactive mindset just as much.

You’ll bring deep knowledge of critical safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Working at Heights, Lifting and Rigging, Slip, Trip and Fall prevention, and Contractor Safety Management. Your expertise will help ensure that safety is embedded into every stage of operations, from equipment installation to day-to-day activities. • Maintain Technical Excellence: Ensure all technical HSE content is current, well-documented, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Analyze and Act: Evaluate site HSE data, audit findings, and legal compliance to create data-driven improvement plans.
• Support Audits and Reviews: Contribute to annual HSE management system reviews and support audit readiness and execution.
• Coach and Develop Others: Mentor cross-functional teams and direct reports, using feedback and observation to foster growth.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively pursue professional development and stay informed on emerging HSE trends and best practices.
