What You'll Be Doing
- Lead highway construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards with proactive adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout project execution

Work Environment This role involves both office-based planning and on-site project oversight. Travel to construction sites will be required, with exposure to outdoor working conditions and active highway environments.
