ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team to drive the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. What You’ll Do:
- Analyze & Gather Requirements
- Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to define workflows and process improvements.
- Optimize ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities to enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Recommend and implement platform configurations and enhancements.
- Document & Communicate
- Create clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Serve as the communication bridge between developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Test & Validate
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test plans.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow preferred. Open to all levels of experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic projects, influence stakeholders, and drive platform adoption.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-BA) are a plus.
