As a Comfort Advisor with Call Dad, your main focus is enhancing the value of our brand through consistently delivering exceptional options that wows our customers with every visit to their home. You will have the responsibility of finding out the customer’s needs and presenting them with their best options through on-call air.  

PAY RANGE: $100,000+ per year commission structure

1. Follow all CALL DAD policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook?? 
2. Complete all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checklists for your specific role?? 
3. Strict adherence to DAD’s PILLARS at all times? 
4. Maintain strong customer relations at all times?? 
5. Meeting or exceeding the performance targets and goals your PDP? 
6. Effectively demonstrate a willingness to learn??? 
7. Effectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence?? 
8. Be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges and obstacles?? 
9. Be adaptive and flexible to the needs of the position and customers?? 
10. Mentor and train all new sales teammates 

KPI EXPECTATIONS

1. closing rate of a minimum of 40% 
2. Dollar per lead minimum of $4,500 
3. Average ticket of $10,000
4. Minimum of $1,000,000 in sales  
5. 0 AR from Sales calls
