Clinical Manager - CARE

The Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) program is aimed at delivering mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services to severely impaired individuals who suffer without access to essential treatment.

• Compensation:  $46.99 - $57.17
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• Location: Tulare, CA

Clinical Manager Overview of Role: 

• Supervise clinic staff, including performance evaluations and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Monitor electronic documentation in the Avatar system.
• Develop and analyze outcome measures to assess program effectiveness.
• Foster relationships with partner agencies and stay updated with contracts and policies.
• Guide program development and procedure monitoring.
• Provide direct mental health services as needed.
• Manage service information entry into the Tulare County HHSA Management Information System.
• Perform additional duties to support overall program success.

Clinical Manager Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.
• Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, or PhD license.
• Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) is required.
