SALARY RANGE

$40,320.81 - $47,834.54 Annually                       $1,550.80 - $1,839.79 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This professional role serves as the Incident Management lead for the Region, overseeing compliance with reporting requirements and timely entry of incidents into the management system. Responsibilities include reviewing and closing Department of Children and Families reports, following up on data analysis findings, documenting incident trends, ensuring incident reports for emergency medical visits, collaborating with providers to improve reporting compliance, and presenting incident management data at quarterly regional meetings.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Ensures that incidents reports received from providers are identified using the correct incident reporting classification and are complete prior to entering the incidents into the Agency’s Incident Management System (IMS). Follows up with providers to collect missing information, ensuring the follow up reports are submitted by the provider within the required five (5) day timeframe and are entered into IMS and that incidents are closed.

 

Analyzes information that comes in from the DCF Intake data download monthly. Ensures that an associated critical incident is submitted by the provider for any intakes closed with verified finding
