HR Business Partner

Location: Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy, supporting the operational team, and modernizing HR processes. 

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with line management to build capabilities and manage talent.
  • Lead workforce planning and support recruitment efforts.
  • Report on KPIs and interpret people analytics to propose solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
  • Deliver people management training to line managers.
  • Support the promotion of Morgan at career events and through apprenticeships.
  • Modernize HR processes and support HR projects. 

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or ambition to study at Level 7).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire change.
  • Experience in workforce planning and project management.
