Capgemini is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead a team of commercial pharma experts and technology analysts in managing a Pharma Commercial Proficiency Center. The Center focuses on delivering advanced analytics and insights to optimize pharmaceutical commercial operations, drive strategic business decisions, and enable data-driven growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial analytics and technology, with a proven track record to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a cross-functional team
- Manage multiple sophisticated projects
- Expert in pharmaceutical commercial analytics
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of proven experience.
- Highly proficient in managing client relationships and driving a global team to meet client needs.
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, insights, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of commercial pharma operations, including brand strategy, market access, patient services, and field force efficiency.
- Proficiency in sophisticated analytics techniques, data science, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
