✅ What You Would Bring:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field)
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in annual giving and event management
✔️ High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising CRM platforms
✔️ Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
✔️ Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
✔️ Passion for mission-driven work and relationship-building

 

📌 Key Responsibilities Include:

🎯 Annual Giving & Donor Engagement
• Coordinate and execute a multi-channel annual giving strategy (direct mail, email, social media, etc.)
• Segment donor data and analyze performance to improve giving outcomes
• Manage employee giving campaigns and support online giving initiatives
• Ensure timely and meaningful donor acknowledgments

🎉 Fundraising Events
• Plan and execute fundraising events such as the Benevolent Fund Gala, Planned Giving Seminars, and the Corporate Impact Alliance
• Secure sponsorships and manage sponsor benefits
• Oversee event logistics, from planning to execution

📝 Marketing & General Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign materials
• Create e-communications, manage website content related to giving and events
• Assist in donor database management and reporting
• Support broader development initiatives alongside the VP of Development and CEO
