Maintenance Supervisor

Your tasks

• Plan, perform, assure, and administer effective utilization and optimization of machinery, tooling, equipment, and workstations, and spare parts inventory, for production lines at Brose Spartanburg Plant to ensure high volume production of Brose mechatronic door modules and door systems including mechatronic latches and air gate modules. Supervise, lead, guide engineering technology and production training, and mentor technical team of Maintenance Technicians to support and maintain passenger vehicle door assembly lines and ensure Just in Sequence (JIS) and Just in Time (JIT) production of passenger vehicle door modules and door systems including latches and air gates modules. Evaluate, define, and optimize current and new manufacturing processes (machinery, equipment, tooling, conveyors, workstations, and plant productive facilities) including human machine interfaces (HMIs), and production operator performance and safety, to ensure continuous and seamless plant operation to maintain production rates, product quality specifications, and on time customer delivery.

Your Profile

• Thirty-six months’ experience as Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, or related, leading and mentoring Maintenance Technicians team to support or maintain assembly or production lines and ensuring Just in Sequence (JIS) or Just in Time (JIT) production of passenger vehicle door modules or door systems, or related.
