Pay Range: $16.77-$20.96

YOUR ROLE

The Warehouse Material Handler I is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within the facility. This entry-level role supports warehouse operations by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to production or other departments.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production areas.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production operations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 0–1 years of experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus.

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
