Staff Nurse - RN - Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation Center - Full Time - Days

The Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation Center reviews patients scheduled for procedures requiring anesthesia across several NYP locations. Be part of a team that reviews approximately 5,000 charts per month and conducts around 400 patient evaluations (in-person or via telehealth). Our work ensures patients are appropriately optimized, scheduled and cleared for surgical procedures. Our dedication and expertise directly contribute to operational efficiency and patient safety.

This is a full-time position at NYP/Weill Cornell - David H. Koch Center working 4/10's M-F from 7:30am-6pm. Weekends, holidays and call are not required.

Preferred Criteria

• At least one year of RN experience in Periop/OR or critical care

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Current New York State RN license

• BCLS certifications according to the American Heart Association

$128,149-$146,972/Annual
