What Drives Success
The LRH FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for creating financial reporting and planning and analysis acting as the primary financial support and partner for their assigned region and related districts/zones. This includes assisting in updating forecasts, analyzing financial results, communicating the financial story to Business Partners, FP&A/Accounting, the Home Comfort Solutions Segment, and LII. The position provides the opportunity to develop experience in the fundamentals of our regional distributor financial performance and reporting best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a thought leader for fellow analysts, proactively sharing expertise, modeling best practices, and fostering collaboration to drive effective financial analysis and results.
- Develops annual financial plan targets for Lennox Residential HVAC (LRH) and associated regions, with monthly updates to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to the attainment of revenue and margin goals.
- Conducts comprehensive reviews of financial results in partnership with business stakeholders, analyzing actual performance against plan, forecast, and prior year figures to identify variances, discern trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to gain a thorough understanding of key business drivers, then communicates findings, insights, and implications to the Region leadership.
- Leads the development and deployment of sophisticated financial models and analytical tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and applications.
- Analyzes financial metrics—NPV, IRR, and payback period—for store network decisions such as new locations, renewals, and relocations to guide profitability assessments.
- Conducts ad hoc financial research as needed

What We Are Looking For
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8 years of related experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA Candidate a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent financial modeling skills
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $82,400 - $108,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
