Head of Growth Marketing
Prosper HealthAbout the role
Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Despite rapid growth in known autism prevalence (up >5x in the last 25 years), autistic adults have been ignored by traditional services and support, leading to extremely poor outcomes across mental and physical health.
Prosper is addressing this gap by providing specialized, virtual mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. Our innovative autism assessment diagnoses many of our clients for the first time in their lives. We pair that with individualized therapy that is tailored to the needs of autistic adults and community to help our clients find belonging and connection.
In just 18 months since founding, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and over 100 clinicians on our team. We are backed by leading investors and healthcare operators.
Our ambition is bold: to reach and transform the lives of millions of autistic and neurodivergent adults.
The Role
You are stepping into a unique role - we have significant traction, and you will be our first full-time marketing hire. You will be instrumental in helping Prosper scale to support millions of autistic and neurodivergent clients across the country. You will get to be hands-on with analytics and creative, and you will define growth marketing as a function at Prosper Health. You will report directly to our CEO and will collaborate closely with the broader team. You will:
- Develop growth marketing strategy: Collaborate directly with our CEO and founding team to define Prosper’s marketing strategy and priorities, ultimately optimizing for increasing client volume and decreasing CAC
- Creative production and testing: Establish our creative production process, manage internal/external stakeholders to develop creative, and relentlessly test to find winning creatives
- Own the paid-ad budget: Manage the budget by re-prioritizing spend across channels, making bid adjustments, and analyzing performance data to drive more efficient spend
- Launch new channels: Understand where Prosper clients are and launch new channels to reach them effectively - scope and design new channel tests, develop the creative and audience strategy, and evaluate the efficiency and scalability of the channel
- Scale successful channels: Own the strategy and execution on taking existing channels from 0 to 100
- Optimize the funnel: Analyzing campaign performance data throughout the funnel to inform current performance, identify opportunities to increase conversion rate, and design experiments to drive more conversions
- Build attribution and measurement infrastructure, integrating incrementality testing, attribution model, and more as needed
About You
- 5-8+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing channels as budgets scale. Experience at a high-growth startup managing six figure monthly budgets strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare / wellness a nice to have.
- Experience running an effective process for creative testing and iteration.
- Excited by the early stage (you will be one of the first 15 employees), which means working in a high degree of ambiguity with a strong ability to take ownership and operate independently; bonus points if you have launched channels from 0 to 1.
- Analytical, data-oriented, first-principled thinker who is able to communicate opinions clearly; you can think through problems with an analytical mindset, properly design experiments to help us understand situations, and can identify the right metrics to answer.
- Structured approach to process and experimentation - you make things repeatable and scalable, and you prioritize in a logical way.
- Gritty, scrappy, and resilient, with a strong bias for action.
- Motivated to do good and be great.
