Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for marketing-related point of care ultrasound products, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify point of care ultrasound customer unmet needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends within healthcare to inform product decisions.
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Project Management: Manage critical paths, key milestones, and potential hurdles/bottlenecks, including actions to solve any deviations from on-time/in full project delivery.
Product Management Team: promote product leadership and work cross-functionally within the team to deliver relevant tasks and projects on time. Provide analysis and customer feedback when the teams need assistance with making a decision.
Product Lifecycle: Manage the lifecycle process for assigned products, including coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, and publishing lifecycle notices both internally and externally.
User Experience (UX): Champion user-centric design principles and work with the UX team to create exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, user testing, and customer interviews to iterate and improve product features.
Analytics and Metrics: Assist with planning sales forecasts, define key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be used to analyze product performance, using data insights to make informed decisions.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors' products and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Stakeholder Relationships and Communication: Build trust and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain awareness and champion Product Quality and Reliability.
