Job Summary
The Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer will collaborate with the technical and functional teams to provide and validate the integration business rules and mapping for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ex: Human Capital Management). This role will ensure the effective design, build, deployment, documentation and maintenance of interfaces within the Oracle Integration Cloud platform. The Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer will be working heavily with the ERP functional and technical team throughout project timelines of the Oracle implementation and the phased go lives
Essential Functions:
- Participate in strategic design, construction and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion cloud environment. This includes selecting, gathering specifications for, designing and implementing solutions for partners throughout the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Business Customers, Department Heads, and Project teams, as well as support and develop subject matter knowledge for integration solutions.
- Ensure the effective design, build, deployment, and maintenance of interfaces within the environment.
- Create quality documentation (Business Process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, strategies, etc.)
- Works to build technical knowledge by taking advantage of internal team mentoring and attending professional development opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data issues with a proactive, root-cause-driven approach.
- Establish and operationalize federated operating model by building effective partnerships with business domains and embed clear roles & responsibilities closely to the business
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
- 7 - 9 years experience in a similar role required.
- BS/BA degree in IT preferred
- 5 - 7 years of experience in integration roles, with a focus on large-scale ERP transformations and solutions (Oracle preferred) required.
- Proven experience delivering the Full-Lifecycle SDLC, with a track record of steering complex integrations from initial whiteboarding and design through to global deployment and operational hand-off required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including adapters, connectors, orchestration, and enterprise-scale integrations.
- Strong experience with SOAP/REST web services, APIs, XML/JSON, relational databases, messaging patterns, and modern integration best practices.
- Proven knowledge of integration design patterns (app-driven, scheduled/batch, file-based, publish/subscribe).
