Reservations Dining Team Leader

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Reservations Dining Team Leader to join the MarBella hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.

• Lead and supervise the Dining Officers team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage and oversee restaurant reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
• Respond to guest emails regarding dining requests, special arrangements, and reservations.
• Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with the front desk, Guest Relations and F&B teams to manage guest expectations.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
• Assist in training and supporting the Dining Officers to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s service standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle VIP requests and special occasions with personalized attention.
• Generate reports on reservations, occupancy rates, and guest feedback to improve operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant reservations, guest services, or F&B supervision in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage guest requests professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in reservation software and hotel management systems.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
