- Support BDMs with customized collateral and messaging for top-tier or strategic partners.
- Plan and lead marquee in-person partner events (SXSW, Calm Partner Dinners…)

- Build and maintain partner narratives that articulate the “why us, why now” story for each priority vertical or segment.
- Surface and package success stories and proof points (e.g., metrics, testimonials, use cases) that BDMs can leverage in the field.
- Collaborate with SPMs to build data-driven decks for partner renewals, utilizing performance metrics and historical campaign data to prove long-term ROI.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on partner, channel, or field marketing (or equivalent experience closely supporting sales/BD teams).
- Proven track record of sales enablement and collateral development which lead to increase in revenue
- Demonstrated experience supporting a sales or BD organization, with strong empathy for field needs and dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for different B2B audiences.
- Strong project management skills; highly organized, able to juggle multiple partner initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfort working with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Figma, basic design skills, building decks and visualizations, analytics dashboards).
