Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department in planning and executing strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing initiatives, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Conduct market research and compile reports on trends, competitors, and customer preferences

• Support the creation of presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral

• Help manage content updates and assist with website maintenance

• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches

• Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and marketing files

• Track campaign performance and prepare performance summaries for management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
