Key Responsibilities:

• Follow our proven sales process to effectively promote the monthly Elements Wellness Program, building lasting customer loyalty.

• Engage with clients—both new and returning—by actively listening, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

• Navigate customer concerns with professionalism, transforming client feedback into an opportunity to provide outstanding service.

Your Qualifications:

Prior retail sales experience preferred—especially if you’ve sold memberships or services in person

✨ Background in customer service within a spa-like or hospitality setting is a plus

✨ Comfortable using modern office systems for scheduling and payments

✨ Passionate about fostering an amazing work environment while delivering exceptional client experiences
