Job Duties

• Welcome customers and listen carefully to their automotive service needs

• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally

• Guide customers through service decisions without pressure

• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle service

• Provide updates throughout the repair process

• Work closely with technicians and other team members

• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records

• Handle questions or concerns with patience and professionalism

• Protect the customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking only for someone with previous dealership experience. We are looking for a strong communicator who knows how to take care of customers, stay organized, solve problems, and confidently guide people through important decisions.

Your experience may come from:

• Retail or restaurant management

• Hospitality or hotel operations

• Banking or financial services

• Insurance customer service

• Call centers or appointment centers

• Wireless or electronics sales

• Rental-car operations

• Home-service dispatching

• Medical front-office or patient coordination

Successful candidates will be comfortable:

• Managing multiple customers and priorities

• Explaining information clearly

• Building trust quickly

• Easily adapt to Standing/Sitting and Walking for 40-45 hours per week

• Following up consistently

• Recommending appropriate products or services

• Documenting conversations accurately

• Working in a fast-paced environment

• Taking ownership of the customer experience

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for candidates who bring strong customer-service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
