What you will do: 

Prudential Trust Company (PTC), a subsidiary of PGIM, is looking for a Manager, Trust Administration to join our Trust & Fund Administration team. This role will support new business initiatives and administration of commingled investment funds, single client directed trust accounts and custodial accounts.   

What you can expect:

This position's primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
 

  • Works with business partners & control functions to manage administrative processes associated with establishing, maintaining, and terminating commingled investment funds & single client accounts.   Provides direction to service providers and ensures accurate setup on fund accounting and plan record keeper systems.

  •  Responsible for maintenance of bank, custody and foreign market accounts including new account openings, closings, and other ongoing administration. 

  • Review of client documentation and account setup on systems to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

  • Consult and respond to inquiries from client-facing personnel as needed. 

  • Coordinate, manage, and prepare responses to audits and regulatory examinations.

  • Support new business initiatives and handle special projects as assigned.

  • Assist with annual and periodic due diligence reviews covering internal and external vendors.

  • Responsible for records management and records retention.

  •  Supervises one or more associates.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • 5-7 years relevant industry experience. 

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to exercise sound judgement.

  • Understands the implication of processes on other groups and downstream systems.

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organized, and exceptional time management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with various business partners and control functions.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. 

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames.

  •          Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

What will set you apart:

  • Professional designation(s) and/or MBA

  • Knowledge of financial services and investment products

  • Trust, employee benefits or retirement plan administration experience.

  • Contract administration experience.
