Home Care Consultant – Full-Time
Colorado Springs, CO | Client Services & Care Management | $50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

About Us:

HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs is a locally owned, veteran-led home care agency committed to helping seniors age in place with dignity and support. We are hiring a Home Care Consultant to guide families through the care planning process and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Position Summary:

This role blends care coordination with client relationship management. Ideal candidates bring experience from hospitality, client services, or care settings such as assisted living or home health. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• · - Conduct in-home consultations and support families in identifying care needs

• Develop and maintain individualized care plans
• Perform quality assurance home visits and monitor client satisfactio
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (e.g., physicians, senior living communities, case managers)
• Represent HomeWell at community events and outreach efforts
• Support onboarding of new clients and caregiver introductions
• Collaborate with scheduling and recruiting teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in care management, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, and professional communication
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or assisted living is highly valued, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 - depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus and incentive structure
• Mileage reimbursement and structured onboarding
• Bonus and incentive details will be discussed during the interview process.
