Location: Netherlands- 3 days in the office

The team

We have a fantastic, new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist, based in our Netherlands office.

As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional end-to-end order processing, disputes, and customer data management for the assigned region ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing the order to cash processes in order to deliver our products to patients in a timely manner and in compliance with Mundipharma internal policies and regulatory requirements.  

Role and responsibilities

  • Organize and manage alignment for their Markets with various internal and external departments such as Commercial, Logistics, Quality and Finance and 3rd party (distributors, vendors) to ensure order fulfilment is completed and meet our customer requirements.

  • Monitor order status in the various systems and proactively communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders

  • Handles order discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding order status or product availability to ensure supply chain continuity.

  • Executes order Processing:

  • Produces sales invoices accurately based on approved Sales orders and contract terms.

  • Coordinating with Finance to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any invoicing issues.

  • Responsible for maintaining documentation of billing activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Creates customers in our ERP systems as relevant and in line with our compliance requirements.

  • Process Improvement

What you’ll bring

  • Fluent English is essential.

  • Speak one of more of the following languages:  French, Spanish.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Excel)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to use own initiative and to work independently with multiple deadlines/tasks.

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management is a plus.

  • Proven experience in order management, invoicing, Customer data management, dispute resolution within a supply chain or finance function in a life science industry at international level.

  • Exposure to working internationally with a good understanding of cultural differences.

  • Degree educated or be able to demonstrate significant relevant experience for successful delivery in role
