Provider Enrollment Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of provider enrollment specialists.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer policies.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of enrollment applications to identify errors or discrepancies.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding provider enrollment matters.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing, and contracting, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Communicate regularly with providers to gather necessary information and address concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging experience for a large healthcare organization.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years supervisor or management experience.
