Position Specific Description

Job Overview

This position works cross functionally to manage Call Center projects, execute business improvement projects, map processes. Employees in this role write detailed business processes and performing and coordination testing while supporting Call Center planning and analysis. Individuals work on special assigned projects to improve the operations of the Call Center and the ability to effectively and efficiently serve customers.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with Information Technology and Call Center to lead assigned business improvement projects
• Coordinates and validates project testing for Marketing and Call Center
• Assists Call Center leadership in the deployment of new technology and improvements for existing technologies
• Researches and provides solutions on billing issues and adjusts impacted customer accounts
• Creates, develops, and tests business requirements for new systems, customer products, processes, fee structures and adjustments
• Assists legal with subpoena compliance on confidential residential and small commercial customer records
• Identifies needs of enrollment processing and facilitates expedited changes for all business units
• Coordinates Third Party Vendor implementation in all systems, conducts follow up testing and oversees output to customer experience
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 2+ years
