We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Application Delivery Services to join our Fund Services team. This role is in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Direct teams responsible for supporting accounting applications globally
• Partner closely with Platform SDG Leads (Registered Funds, ETF & Insurance Acct Services) to achieve common OKR’s
• Create a globally consistent structure and model which aligns with our Fund Services strategy, co-locating teams in SGLs as much as is practicable
• Achieve consistency in support models for each primary application (e.g., Eagle, InvestOne)
• Introduce a metrics-based approach to measuring the functions performance 
• Identify efficiency opportunities leveraging AI & Digital Tools to streamline processes and automate repetitive non-value add work
• Enhance the apps ‘user experience’ through the creation of feedback loops, identifying user knowledge gaps and trends
• Manage financial and human resources for the unit and ensure assigned teams operate effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business / data or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Engineering background with experience managing core Accounting applications
• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 2-3 years in management preferred.
