New Job Opportunity - Supportability Engineering Specialist:New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Manassas, VA.Looking to hire a Supportability Engineering Specialist with at least 4+ years of prior related professional experience with Reliability Analysis of hardware in development - Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)Professional experience with Navy Submarines is highly desired - a lot of our clients work has to do with navy submarines
Logistics of the Role:Full Time - 6 Month Contract to Hire - Our client is looking to pay around 50/hrOn Site - Manassas, VA
Day to Day Activities:help engineers adhere to the process and identify efficiency improvements.maintain processes and standards in support of Engineering Design and Development.work with Engineering subject matter experts to develop required procedures, work instructions, guidance, and forms to assist with process compliance and improvement.analyze process gaps and present solutions for process, and training enhancements.design, develop, and conduct training and awareness sessions on new and existing processes.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is required 4+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.Familiarity with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)Professional experience working with Navy submarines Proficient understanding of engineering principles, concepts, practices/standards.
