Senior Manager, Technical Implementation

Near is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Implementation to own the flawless execution of our client data deliverables. In this role, you will wear both a business hat and a technical hat in order to communicate with the sales, engineering, and customers. You will have a high level understanding of the existing deliverables in queue, and ensure that there is clear communication setting expectations to sales and customers. You will become an expert of our technical capabilities, and be able to translate between client and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position will be willing to take ownership of data deliverables and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to execute those deliverables. As the Director of client deliverables, you should have a passion for organization, process, and problem-solving with both a technical and business background. This person should feel comfortable working with technical and non-technical individuals (sales, customer success, solutions, and customers). This person will oversee the data deliverables process, but also do individual contributor work to ensure requirements are correctly captured.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage day-to-day client deliverables for our data intelligence business
• Manage and reinforce processes for deliverable development from production to customer relations, and create stable, effective methodologies
• Work closely with project management and global technical team (engineers, analysts) to improve technical processes and deliverable throughput
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and customer success to execute service orders, provide clear communication, set expectations, and ensure on time delivery
• Be the business owner of the client deliverables responsible for deliverable quality and timelines, and communication

What you bring to the role:

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (tech or business)
• Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
• Passion for process and organization
• Problem-solving skills and technical understanding
• Flexibility; ability to adjust to a quickly-changing environment
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
