Position Requirements
What Experience You Need:
- BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in risk or specific field of related specialization
- Experience focused on third-party performance and risk management
- Experience with technology and tools that drive risk evaluation and tracks risks at the firm level
- Experience in building relationships and networks, at varying levels in the organization
- Ability to lead in an environment of significant change
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities You Need:
- Demonstrated risk management expertise with a strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, risk subject matter experts, business partners, and external third parties.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and drive sound decision-making.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial and risk implications into actionable business decisions and alignment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply sound judgment to influence outcomes and drive organizational decision-making.
- Strategic thinker who provides thought leadership in complex and ambiguous situations, delivering change that supports business objectives and long-term strategic vision.
