Sign\Print\Graphic Design Project ManagerDuties:As an established leader in the Graphic Design, Printing, Marketing and Signs industries our mission is to partner with customers from Mom-and-Pop shops to Fortune 500 organizations and provide them the tools and expertise needed to grow their business.Our tight-knit team in Nashua, NH is actively seeking a Project Manager to join us full time. The team member in this position is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.More than anything, we’re looking for highly-collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:● Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services and capabilities.● Understand and communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.● Confer with customers by email, telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.● Assume the role of Project Manager for customer print and sign projects.● Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.● Experience in packing/shipping/freight or the signage industry is a plus.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:● Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.● Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.● Strong written and verbal communication skills.● Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.Expirence in Digital Design (inDesign, Acrobat, Adobe Suite, etc.)● Basic math skillsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF US:● Hard work, collaboration, humanity, fun, and laughter● A commitment to professional development and support of your individual growth● An opportunity to make a deep impact and fully contribute to the growth of our organization● Training and support provided by being part of a national organization.● Free underground parking● Free gym with showers on-site.Job Type: Full-timePay: Benefits:
