The Role

Stationary Floor Care Technician 

Are you ready to shine? We’re looking for a dedicated Floor Care Technician to join our team.  If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to roll up your sleeves, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform a wide range of floorcare duties, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests.

What It Takes to be Successful

 

• Proven experience as a Floorcare Technician, with a strong track record of successfully completing floorcare projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various floor types, cleaning solutions, and equipment.
• Ability to quickly assess and address floorcare needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment or floorcare issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid (non-expired) Driver’s license
• Must be able to successfully pass a Livescan
