<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate and translate functional and technical requirements into system designs</li><li>Assess design benefits, risks, and trade-offs</li><li>Validate design compliance and support deployment to ensure requirements are met</li><li>Operate and optimize systems with a focus on performance, capacity, and scalability</li><li>Use development and automation tools to solve technical and business challenges</li><li>Proactively propose innovations to improve existing systems, processes, or services</li><li>Maintain technical documentation and system design records</li><li>Handle complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and support problem resolution</li><li><p>Participate in an <strong>on-call rotation</strong> for the systems you are responsible for</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills (Must-have):</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with <strong>Linux / server management</strong></li><li>Hands-on expertise with <strong>Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch)</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Elastic APM</strong></li><li><strong>Ansible</strong> for automation (strong automation-first mindset)</li><li>Proven experience in system software and IT infrastructure (on-prem environments)</li></ul><p>Nice to have:</p><p>Experience with <strong>notification / alerting services</strong> for on-call rotations</p><p>Dutch language skills</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
