Business Analyst-Senior Level

Position Summary

Facilitates discussion and organizes methodical approach to data review, validation and entry. SME knowledge with relational database concepts and IT Service Management (ServiceNow). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication. Typically reports to a manager.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for reviewing the current TPA catalog, identify gaps
• Seeks information to fill in the gaps identified
• Facilitates discussion and organizes methodical approach to data review, validation and entry.
• SME knowledge with relational database concepts and IT Service Management (ServiceNow).
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and experience in IT/Data area preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role
• A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication.
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Need to understand system integration data flows and typical design considerations
