Summer Worker

ABOUT THE ROLE
Paulding Cement Plant's Summer Work Program employs individuals who are graduating this year from High School or a High School graduate who is currently attending and will continue to attend college/university/or post High School vocational training on a full time basis during the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm within the Summer months (May - August)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• General labor tasks
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 18 years of age by May 1, 2024
• Successfully pass a physical and drug screen

 

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
