Within this global ecosystem, the Communications team plays a key role in building a sense of belonging, pride, and connection. It supports the department’s ambition by crafting compelling narratives, creating shared rituals, and fostering a strong, engaged community across geographies and business lines. Through targeted content, impactful events, and cross-functional coordination, it brings people together around common goals and values.

As Communications Manager, you will support and implement the department’s internal and external communication strategy. Your mission: foster employee engagement, drive strategic alignment, and boost visibility for key initiatives through compelling content, active community management, event coordination, and performance tracking.

Your mission: 

  • Content Creation & Community Engagement

    •  Manage and regularly update the editorial calendar for departmental activations.

    • Act as Community Manager for internal digital platforms (primarily Viva Engage): animate discussions, interact with posts, react to comments, and monitor activity levels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment for all team members.

    • Animate internal communities across multiple global hubs, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with corporate guidelines and tone of voice.

    • Create multimedia content (visuals, posts, videos, presentations) that promotes key department initiatives.

    • Support the design of impactful presentations for leadership speaking engagements and strategic updates.

    • Occasionally assist the Director of Communications on cross-functional projects (e.g., LinkedIn publications, internal messaging, photo/video shoots).

 

  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback Collection

    • Track and analyze the performance of both internal communication and the LinkedIn presence of the Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer.

    • Collect feedback following key events, meetings, and activations to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

    • Conduct monthly employee sentiment analyses and occasional engagement surveys to monitor team morale and feedback loops.

 

  • Event Coordination

    • Organize internal events (digital and in-person), such as townhalls, webinars, Awards for our own teams and other team gatherings across the Group’s various head offices.

    • Work with stakeholders, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of all communications-related events.

    • Contribute to team engagement moments (e.g., celebrations, team-building events) by animating the community and strengthening internal culture

Qualifications

And you? 

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Communications, Marketing, or Business from a top-tier university or school.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, either in an agency or in-house with a strong focus on content creation, internal comms, or digital campaigns.

  • Excellent project management skills: autonomous, organized, and reliable when handling multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines across a matrixed organization.

  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance, measuring impact, and making strategic adjust
