ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.
Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Acting as product owner for the Artwork Management solution, defining and prioritising features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives
- Leading the global rollout of our Artwork Management solution, ensuring each country’s implementation is executed efficiently and complies with local regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation to safeguard successful execution of rollout and integration
- Creation of product vision, goals and strategy based on market trends and business needs
- Collaboration with the product team and operations manager to ensure resolution of production and operation issues
- Continuous management of product backlog (e.g. EPICs, user stories) and priorities
- Ensuring value of the product for business usage and realisation of benefits
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Project manager and product owner experience is of an advantage
- Strong understanding of Artwork Management processes and PLM systems is of an advantage
- Understanding of leadership principles for agile teams
- Decision-making skills in complex environments
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Professional fluency in English
Desirable extras.
- Experience in the area of artwork
- Project and/or process management experience
