Job Description:
Overall Purpose:
Support staffing and vendor relations and vendor recruiters while collaborating with Labor to ensure contractual compliance. Work with internal Business Units to execute Talent Acquisition strategies and enhance overall recruitment efforts through strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partner with Labor to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal Business Units to effectively execute Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor recruiters to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and objectives.
- Support vendor recruiters in executing talent attraction activities, including developing and implementing innovative talent attraction initiatives.
- Participate in strategy meetings to align on recruitment goals and objectives with vendors.
- Manage vendor communications, oversee vendor performance reports, staffing forecasts, and requisition balancing.
- Contribute to special projects related to vendor management and recruitment.
- Provide support to vendor recruiters through regular check-ins, addressing escalations promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot system issues impacting vendor staffing operations and deliver training support and comprehensive reporting.
- Identify critical supplier performance issues and escalate them to appropriate leadership groups to define resolution paths.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based reports to support performance analysis and recruitment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and staffing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to provide actionable insights to frontline staffing managers and senior leadership.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate key recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
Job Contribution:
An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgment on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve vendor relations and recruitment functions. Actions impact efficiency, costs, schedules, and vendor relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 2+ years of related experience in talent acquisition and HR.
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
