Your team

You’ll be working with the Documentation Solutions Team who are a part of the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team within the Investment Bank Operations. This role will primarily support Global Family Institutional Wealth (GFIW) unit which combines lending, trading, hedge fund services and private market activities.

Your expertise

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
•advanced knowledge of ISDA documentation with knowledge of equity prime brokerage and stock loan documentation being a plus
•have a minimum of three years of negotiating experience with respect to counterparty relationship documentation
•previous experience in one or more top investment banks is strongly preferred
•detail-oriented with excellent organizational, writing, verbal and analytical skills
•a team player, self-starter and capable of working under tight deadlines
•willing to work flexible hours

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $150000 to $187500 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
