This position is responsible for achieving overall service delivery results through high performing dental review teams. This position establishes best practices for achieving customer and associate retention.
Position Location: This is a hybrid role working partially in-office at our Lincoln, NE location and partially from home.
What you do:
- Create a high performing culture through associate and business resources.
- Design and implement programs or processes to achieve business results. Manage utilization review program to provide professional claims review services to determine dental benefits including medical necessity and appropriateness of care.
- Identify and resolve problems for both internal and external parties.
- Monitor and evaluate adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain utilization management program to review claims in order to evaluate appropriateness of dental care provided to members by providers and identify practice patterns.
- Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives.
- Manage overall associate recruitment, retention, training, and performance metrics.
- Identify dental codes, tooth numbers and relevant procedures and review radiographs, periodontal charting, and narratives using dentistry knowledge.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Post-secondary training or two years clinical experience either as a Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist is required.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
