THE JOB:

As a Busser/Runner at our Chandler Steakhouse, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment by removing dirty dishes, restocking clean items, and assisting Food Servers in delivering food efficiently. If you have 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team!

THE STARTING RATE:  $15.85 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the food and beverage station.

• Clean and sanitize all equipment, tables, chairs, and floors; sweep, mop, and empty garbage as needed.

• Keep stock levels of dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments at par levels.

• Retrieve and store orders from the warehouse and assist with proper stock rotation.

• Run food to tables as required and support Food Servers to ensure efficient delivery.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ Years of prior experience in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant is preferred

• Fine dining experience is preferred

• Able and willing to work 6-10hr shifts for 40hrs per week. Hours of Operations are Tues-Thurs 3:30 PM-10:30 PM and Fri-Sat 3:30PM-11:30PM. Work schedule will vary to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$15.85

The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $1,600.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
