This role is part of the RTX People Services Employee Relations team. In this role, the Staff Coordinator HR Operations Compliance will be responsible for Enterprise RTX Verification of Citizenship, Form I-9 and Immigration Operations compliance. You will work closely with candidates, employees and other internal partners to support HR Operations compliance.
What You Will Do
- Accurately identify onboarding candidates’ citizenship status based on provided documentation
- Effectively communicate and partner with candidate, Talent Operations Onboarding, Talent Acquisition and RTX Immigration to ensure compliance with Global Trade and Immigration requirements
- Ensure I-9 compliance of all RTX employees as applicable
- Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet operational goals
- Maintain compliance with Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Global Trade policies and procedures
- Other tasks upon request
Qualifications You Must Have
- Requires a AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, compliance-driven environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Previous experience working in an HR or Global Trade Compliance support role
- Previous experience working in shared service model
- Experience supporting internal/external audits
- Working knowledge of HCM (i.e. Workday) and Case Management tool (i.e.. ServiceNow)
