Regional Sales Trainer
Position:
As a Regional Sales Trainer at JTI Liggett, you will partner closely with the field sales force to design, deliver, and enhance training programs that improve sales performance and execution.
You will act as a coach, mentor, and subject matter expert, ensuring our teams have the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
As the Regional Sales Trainer, you will:

Develop & Deliver Training: Design, implement, and facilitate engaging sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and territory management.

Coaching & Field Support: Support Division Sales Managers through in-field coaching sessions, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups.

Performance Analysis: Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback, adjusting programs to address skill gaps.

Collaboration: Partner with the National Training Manager, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to align training with company goals and strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovative training methods to keep programs fresh and impactful
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

3–5 years of sales or sales training experience in a consumer goods environment, ideally with field-based exposure.

Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and presentation abilities.

Skilled in facilitating group training sessions and one-on-one coaching.

Proficient in analyzing performance data and translating insights into action plans
