Must-Have Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance tuning
Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure Cloud
Familiarity with frontend integration best practices for end-to-end web application development
Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams
English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written)
Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Nice-to-Have Requirements:

Experience with modern front-end development, ideally React (TypeScript preferred)
