May participate in all phases of risk management assessment and software/hardware development. Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner/Scrum Master maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans. Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes. Candidates with previous experience on Agile teams, especially within Government agencies, will be well suited for this position. Perform as liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, gathering business requirements accurately so that functional specifications are captured, understood, and translated into development activities. Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes. Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and processes on actual project/program engagements required. Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience required. Works with their team(s) to meet established Sprint and Release goals.
