This position will work 4 10-hour shifts per week and will support our extended Family Medicine hours.

This position is sign-on bonus eligible. Based on eligibility.

Pay Range

$21.85 - $32.80

Major Responsibilities:

• Adheres to Medical Assistant scope of practice, follows all policies and procedures, and maintains training and competency based on area of specialty when providing patient care.  
• Performs rooming/visit tasks such as vital signs, medication reconciliation, medical history, health maintenance, allergy review, and screenings (depression, suicide, falls, social drivers of health, etc.).  
• Assists provider with or performs procedures as ordered.   
• Performs lab related duties such as venipuncture, specimen collection/labeling/packing, preparation of lab orders/requisitions, and results tracking. Point of Care testing (POCT) per standing order/provider order. Completes Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) approved waived laboratory tests and practice-speci
