Technical Recruiter

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking an energetic, well-organized, and proactive Technical Recruiter with the desire to source and recruit within the Intelligence Community, helping grow our teams. This position will support the recruiting functions for our teams while collaborating with teammates for success. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. Your day to day will include actively sourcing candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and providing support from outreach to Hire. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition manager, people office, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.As a key player in scaling our engineering, IT, and infrastructure teams, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates. This role demands a strategic approach, a thorough understanding of technical roles, and the ability to handle a high-volume recruitment pipeline. As a Technical Recruiter you will...

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various technical roles.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Interview Process: Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings, in-depth technical interviews, and debrief sessions with hiring teams to ensure alignment.
• Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and work closely with HR.
• Data Driven Recruitment: Track metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers and adjust recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing Intern Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical roles, including software engineering, IT, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing offers.
• Data: Experience in using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
